For one thing, flat Earthers are lazy. The thing is, if Earth were flat, they would absolutely not need to create a new agency to demonstrate it. After all, NASA was not created to prove Earth is spherical, and humans knew it was spherical for millennia before NASA existed.
So there's simply no need to create a whole new government agency just for the shape of the Earth. They just need to put convincing evidence forward, and they consistently fail at this. They refuse to do science experiments correctly. They refuse to actually go to Antarctica for themselves even when presented with clear opportunities.
